All hero card requests must include a self-addressed stamped 9" x 11" envelope for return shipment. Note: 9" x 11" envelopes do require additional postage for delivery. If a request is received without a self addressed stamped 9" x 11" envelope, such requests will be discarded.

All autograph requests should be accompanied with proper return postage and packaging. We do not accept money orders, personal checks or certified checks for payment of return postage.
Your patience is appreciated when forwarding items, as it may take up to several weeks for autograph requests to be returned.
Please note that due to the large volume of incoming mail, items do occasionally become separated from their envelopes and packaging. There are times when mail does not reach us. We cannot be responsible for lost, missing, unreturned or items damaged during shipping.

Pit passes are under the direction and control of the individual tracks. Some tracks offer these passes to the race fans and some do not. You will need to call the individual track where you wish to attend a race and check on what their policy may be regarding these passes.
Official Ryan Newman Fan Club members are guaranteed a place in line at any trackside signing located at Ryan's officially licensed souvenir trailer. Our fan club members must present their current fan club card to gain access. Your place in line is based on a first come first serve basis.

Ryan makes many appearances throughout the season. If Ryan has any appearances on race weekends, it will be posted during the week prior to the upcoming race weekend.
There are times that last minute changes are made to Ryan's schedule that might include a trackside signing at the officially licensed souvenir trailer. You are welcome to stop by Ryan's trackside program for additions and/or changes. Please note that we are not responsible for changes to Ryan's schedule due to inclement weather and/or changes that might be made to the track schedule from NASCAR.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Due to Ryan's NASCAR and sponsor appearance schedule, he has very limited time to attend events outside of his contractual obligations. All appearances are scheduled through Stewart-Haas Racing.
Ryan will not be sponsoring any racing teams or endeavors at this time. He is currently allocating all of his resources to his existing initiatives, including his foundation.
